We conduct regular delinquency and audit reviews and work to prevent collection issues before they arise. When a delinquency does develop, we seek all opportunities for efficient and effective resolution without litigation. When litigation is needed, we aggressively represent Taft-Hartley funds in collection matters involving unpaid reports, audit liability, withdrawal liability, and successor/alter ego litigation.
